Shipping Policy
 

We aim to process all orders within one business day after the order is placed; orders placed on the weekend are processed on the first business day of the next week. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

​Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping charges are straightforward - $12 flat to ship anywhere in Australia and FREE shipping for orders over $100. Our courier partners are AustraliaPost and Aramex (formerly known as Fastway) with delivery targets of 3-5 business days. In rare cases when delivery delays occur, mostly in busy seasons and your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us for assistance at service@ancientrituals.com.au

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If your received product has been damaged during shipping and is unusable, we’ll issue a refund. please contact the shipment carrier or write to us directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We may request you to provide photos of the damaged product. Please contact service@ancientrituals.com.au for all damage and refund related concerns.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1 - 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


Returns Policy
 

While sprouted flours and grains come with immense benefits over their unsprouted counterparts, you will observe a difference (pleasant most of the times) in their taste, look and performance e.g. cooking times may differ, flours to be more absorbent etc.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product for a refund within 21 days of purchase. Please email service@ancientrituals.com.au to discuss your concerns and initiate the refund process. We may ask you for photos of the concerned product(s) in some cases, therefore please keep all original packaging.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and you will be responsible for dropping the package at your nearest post office or courier drop-off location as advised. Processing time is dependent on return shipping but after receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the return within 24 hours. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card provider. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Important Note If you have purchased the product outside of Ancient Rituals website, the sole responsibility of returns and refunds lies with the concerned online or retail store where the product was purchased.
