95g Sprouted Chickpea Flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
3-4 tbsp water
How to Make It
In a large bowl, combine sprouted chickpea flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Drizzle olive oil and water over the flour mixture. Use a fork to mix until a crumbly dough forms.
With your hands, gather the dough into a ball and knead for 1-2 minutes until smooth and pliable. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (180°C). Prepare your desired toppings while the oven heats up.
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a rustic round or desired shape.
Pre-bake the flatbread for 8 to 12 minutes depending on the level of desired crispiness, then remove from the oven and add your toppings.
Bake for an additional 7 to 10 minutes, or until the toppings are cooked.
Allow the flatbread to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
