Ingredients
60 grams sprouted millet flour
30g activated almond flour
30g jaggery powder or sugar or coconut sugar
45g melted Ghee/ butter /neutral oil
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cardamom powder/Vanilla Extract
How to Make It
Preheat the oven to 180°C (365°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients- flours, baking powder, cardamom powder, jaggery/sugar and ghee /butter in a mixing bowl
Mix well to combine and knead into a pliable dough
Make into small balls and flatten them slightly and place them on the prepared cookie sheet, leaving about 1 cm of space between each cookie. Press some flaked almonds (optional)
Bake for 10-12 minutes. The edges will be set, but the center will still be soft.
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on a cooling rack.
